Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Turbox ("Service", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Turbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Turbox is an automated X/Twitter engagement tool that uses AI to generate and post replies to tweets found through user-defined search queries. The Service includes:

  • Tweet search functionality using X/Twitter's search API
  • AI-generated reply creation based on the context of each tweet, your style preferences, and optional instructions
  • Automated reply posting to other users' tweets (NOT original tweet posting)
  • Usage analytics and tracking
  • Multiple query management
  • Subscription-based access with usage limits

Important:

  • The Service only posts replies to existing tweets found through your search queries. It does NOT create or post original tweets on your timeline.
  • All replies are generated by Turbox's AI in real-time for each tweet. You provide search queries, optional instructions, and style preferences. The AI analyzes each tweet's context and generates appropriate, unique replies. You do not write templates or pre-written messages.

3. Authorization to Post AI-Generated Replies on Your Behalf

3.1 Explicit Authorization Required

BY CONNECTING YOUR X/TWITTER ACCOUNT AND ACTIVATING QUERIES, YOU EXPLICITLY AUTHORIZE TURBOX TO:

  • Search for tweets on X/Twitter using your account credentials
  • Use AI to generate reply text based on your templates, instructions, style preferences, and intentions
  • Automatically post these AI-generated replies to other users' tweets on your behalf without requiring approval for each individual reply
  • Read your X/Twitter account information and profile
  • Track which tweets have been replied to for duplicate prevention

The Service ONLY posts replies to existing tweets. It does NOT and cannot post original tweets to your timeline.

3.2 AI-Generated Content

IMPORTANT: You acknowledge and understand that:

  • ALL reply content is generated by Turbox's AI system in real-time, not written by you or from pre-written templates
  • The AI creates unique, contextual replies for each tweet based on:
  • The specific content and context of the tweet being replied to
  • Your optional custom instructions (tone, style, messaging guidelines)
  • Your AI writing style preferences (if configured)
  • Optional product information (if you choose to promote something)
  • The query context and relevance to the conversation
  • You do not write templates or pre-determine the exact reply text
  • The AI analyzes each tweet individually and generates appropriate responses
  • Each AI-generated reply will be posted to X/Twitter under your account name
  • You are responsible for the content of these AI-generated replies, even though you did not write them directly

3.3 What This Means

When you:

1. Connect your X/Twitter account via OAuth

2. Create a search query (with optional instructions/preferences)

3. Activate that query

The Service will:

1. Search for tweets matching your criteria

2. Analyze each tweet individually for context and relevance

3. Use AI to generate unique, appropriate replies for each tweet in real-time

4. Automatically post these AI-generated replies using your X/Twitter account

Each AI-generated reply will:

  • Be unique and contextual to the specific tweet
  • Appear as a response to the original tweet
  • Show your X/Twitter username as the author
  • Be visible to the tweet author and other users
  • Appear in your X/Twitter Replies tab
  • Contain text generated by our AI based on the tweet's context, not pre-written by you

The Service will NOT post standalone tweets to your timeline or feed.

3.4 Your Control and Responsibility

You retain control over the parameters, but you are responsible for all AI-generated output:

  • You define which tweets to target with your search queries
  • You provide optional instructions, style preferences, and product information that guide the AI
  • You activate or deactivate queries at any time
  • The AI analyzes each tweet's context and generates appropriate, unique replies in real-time
  • You are fully responsible for all AI-generated reply content posted through the Service, even though the AI generates the exact words
  • You should monitor the AI-generated replies regularly to ensure they:
  • Comply with X/Twitter's Terms of Service and Rules
  • Match your brand voice and expectations
  • Remain appropriate and non-spam-like
  • Do not harass or abuse other users
  • You must adjust your instructions or deactivate queries if the AI generates inappropriate content

3.5 Compliance with X/Twitter Policies

You acknowledge that:

  • All automated and AI-generated replies must comply with X/Twitter's Automation Rules
  • You must configure your search queries and instructions to prevent the AI from generating spam, harassment, or abusive replies
  • The Service includes AI-mediated content generation to help prevent spam and abuse, but you remain responsible for monitoring output
  • You must respect X/Twitter's rate limits and usage policies
  • X/Twitter prohibits aggressive automation and spam-like behavior
  • Unsolicited AI-generated replies may be considered spam by X/Twitter, even if contextually relevant
  • You are responsible for any AI-generated content that violates X/Twitter's policies
  • Violation of X/Twitter's rules may result in your account being suspended or banned (see Section 4 below)

3.6 No Guarantees on AI Output

We make no guarantees that:

  • AI-generated replies will perfectly match your intended style or tone
  • AI-generated replies will always be appropriate for every tweet context
  • AI-generated replies will achieve your desired engagement results
  • AI-generated replies will always comply with X/Twitter's policies (you must monitor and adjust)
  • The AI will interpret your instructions exactly as you intended

You should regularly review AI-generated replies and adjust your instructions or deactivate queries if the output does not meet your expectations or compliance requirements. The AI generates contextual replies, but human oversight is essential.

3.7 Revoking Authorization

You can revoke Turbox's access to your X/Twitter account at any time by:

Once revoked, the Service will no longer be able to generate or post replies on your behalf.

4. ⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - X/TWITTER ACCOUNT RISKS

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

4.1 No Liability for X/Twitter Account Issues

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with using automated tools on X/Twitter. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE and bear NO LIABILITY for any consequences to your X/Twitter account, including but not limited to:

  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Rate limiting or throttling
  • Shadow banning or reduced visibility
  • Temporary or permanent feature restrictions
  • Loss of followers or engagement
  • API access revocation
  • Verification status changes
  • Any other penalties, restrictions, or actions taken by X/Twitter

4.2 Automation Risks

You understand and accept that:

  • X/Twitter has strict policies against spam and automation abuse
  • X/Twitter may change their policies, terms, or enforcement at any time without notice
  • Automated engagement tools may be viewed unfavorably by X/Twitter
  • Your use patterns, reply content, and engagement volume may trigger X/Twitter's anti-spam systems
  • We cannot control or predict X/Twitter's actions or policy changes

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use complies with X/Twitter's Developer Agreement, Terms of Service, and Automation Rules
  • The content of all replies posted through the Service
  • Monitoring your X/Twitter account status and activity
  • Any consequences resulting from your use of the Service
  • Adjusting your usage patterns to remain compliant with X/Twitter policies

4.4 No Guarantees

We make NO GUARANTEES regarding:

  • Continued availability of X/Twitter API access
  • Your account remaining in good standing with X/Twitter
  • The effectiveness or safety of any automation strategy
  • Compliance with current or future X/Twitter policies

5. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid X/Twitter account
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law

6. Account Registration

6.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must maintain and promptly update your account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

6.2 X/Twitter Authentication

  • You must authorize the Service to access your X/Twitter account via OAuth
  • You can revoke this access at any time through X/Twitter's settings
  • We will only access your X/Twitter account for Service-related functions

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Tiers

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and usage limits:

  • FREE: 50 replies/month, 1 active query
  • STARTER: $29/month, 300 replies/month, 5 active queries
  • PRO: $79/month, 1,000 replies/month, 20 active queries
  • SCALE: $199/month, 3,000 replies/month, unlimited queries

7.2 Add-On Packs

  • One-time purchases valid until the end of the billing month
  • Non-refundable once purchased
  • Do not roll over to subsequent months

7.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is processed through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance

7.4 Usage Limits

  • Each tier has specific monthly reply limits
  • The Service will automatically pause when limits are reached
  • You can upgrade or purchase add-ons to continue service
  • Usage counters reset at the start of each billing cycle

8. Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in replies
  • Violate X/Twitter's Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, or Automation Rules
  • Impersonate any person or entity in your replies
  • Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam replies
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users through automated replies
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reply to the same user repeatedly in a way that could be considered harassment

8.2 AI-Generated Content Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for all AI-generated reply content posted through the Service under your account
  • You acknowledge that while the AI generates the text based on tweet context, you are the legal author and responsible party
  • You must configure your search queries and instructions to guide the AI toward compliant, non-spam content
  • You must monitor AI-generated replies and deactivate or adjust queries if the AI produces inappropriate content
  • You grant us no rights to your AI-generated reply content except as necessary to provide the Service
  • We are not responsible for the content generated by the AI, even when following your instructions
  • We reserve the right to suspend your account if AI-generated replies violate these Terms or X/Twitter's policies
  • Our AI is designed to generate contextual, non-spam replies, but no AI system is perfect - human oversight is required

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime but make no guarantees
  • The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
  • X/Twitter API availability directly impacts Service functionality

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
  • Change features, functionality, or limitations
  • Update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes

8.3 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Exclusion of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Damages resulting from X/Twitter account issues (as outlined in Section 3)
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Damages resulting from third-party actions or services

9.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9.3 Essential Purpose

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails its essential purpose and reflect the allocation of risk between parties.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turbox, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including X/Twitter's terms
  • Content you post through the Service
  • Any issues with your X/Twitter account
  • Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the Service or other users
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Pose a security or legal risk

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
  • Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 11.3, and 12-16 survive termination
  • No refunds will be provided except as outlined in our Refund Policy

12. Third-Party Services

12.1 X/Twitter

  • The Service relies on X/Twitter's API and is subject to their terms and availability
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X/Twitter
  • X/Twitter may change or discontinue API access at any time

12.2 Other Third Parties

The Service integrates with:

  • Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Terms)
  • Firebase/Firestore: Data storage (subject to Google's Terms)
  • Google OAuth: Authentication (subject to Google's Terms)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its design, code, features, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13.2 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

13.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996, except where prohibited by law.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

15.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or urgent matters.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to X/Twitter API changes or outages.

16.6 Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
